This brain shot is correct if:
- Stress dominates your life and you have no chance to give yourself a break or a break from what you are facing
- Constant, chronic stress occurs
- You experience involuntary reactions when you receive any news or information from different people and sources
- you suffer from some type of PTSD
- you feel like you are on a roller coaster ride and have lost control of your life
- you are addicted to adrenaline-pumping activities or drama
- you used sex as an escape
- you live on adrenaline without realizing it, e.g. B. through intermittent fasting and/or caffeine consumption
Ingredients for 1–2 shots:
- 2.5 cm piece of fresh ginger
- 1 small clove of garlic
- 2 tbsp fresh or thawed frozen wild blueberries or 2 tsp pure wild blueberry juice or 2 teaspoons pure wild blueberry powder
- 1/2 lemon, peeled
- 1 cup tightly packed fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup tightly packed kale
- 1 cup chopped watermelon rind (optional)
(The American cup measurement includes the amount of approx. 250 ml per cup.)
Preparation:
Juice all ingredients in a juicer in the order listed. Put through a sieve again.
If you are using wild blueberry juice or wild blueberry powder, mix it in after all the other ingredients have run through the juicer.
Pour into a glass and serve!
Tip:
Allow 15 to 30 minutes before and after this elixir to eat or drink for 15 to 30 minutes.
