Wild blueberry “yogurt”

An easy-to-make and frui­ty-cre­a­my-tasting ‘yoghurt’ that is also par­ti­cu­lar­ly sui­ta­ble for child­ren. Here, the gel­ling abili­ty of the wild blueber­ry is cle­ver­ly used to give the des­sert its consistency.

Ingre­di­ents for 1–2 servings: 

Pre­pa­ra­ti­on:

Put all the ingre­di­ents in a blen­der and puree until it has an even, smooth con­sis­ten­cy. Pour the mix­tu­re into small jars and put them in the fri­dge for at least 3 hours, pre­fer­a­b­ly overnight.
