Oat milk – light and with the natu­ral sweet­ness of map­le syrup, refi­ned with a hint of vanil­la. Deli­cious and homemade! 

Pre­pared in no time at all

Pre­pa­ra­ti­on:

  1. Prepa­re ingre­di­ents:
    Place the oats and water in a high-speed blen­der. Add map­le syrup and/or vanil­la pow­der to tas­te to give your oat milk a sweet, vanil­la flavor.
  2. Mix:
    Blend on high for about 30–45 seconds until smooth. If you are using dates, add them at this point and blend again.
  3. Fil­ter:
    Pour the mix­tu­re through a nut milk bag or fine cloth into a bowl or jug. Squeeze the mix­tu­re well to extra­ct the oat milk.
  4. Enjoy:
    Pour the finis­hed oat milk into a clean bot­t­le or cara­fe. It will stay fresh in the fri­dge for up to 3 days. Shake well befo­re use!
