Ingre­di­ents for 1–2 shots: 

  • 2.5 cm pie­ce of fresh ginger
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 2 tbsp fresh or tha­wed fro­zen wild blueber­ries or 2 tsp pure wild blueber­ry juice or 2 teas­poons pure wild blueber­ry powder
  • 1/2 lemon, peeled
  • 1 cup tight­ly packed fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup tight­ly packed kale
  • 1 cup chop­ped water­me­lon rind (optio­nal)

(The Ame­ri­can cup mea­su­re­ment includes the amount of approx. 250 ml per cup.)

Pre­pa­ra­ti­on:

Juice all ingre­di­ents in a jui­cer in the order lis­ted. Put through a sie­ve again. 

If you are using wild blueber­ry juice or wild blueber­ry pow­der, mix it in after all the other ingre­di­ents have run through the juicer.

Pour into a glass and serve! 

Tip:

Allow 15 to 30 minu­tes befo­re and after this eli­xir to eat or drink for 15 to 30 minutes.
