Ingredients for approx. 7 patties:
- 240 g chickpeas, drained
- 2 cooked beetroots
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- a dash of lemon
- a pinch Salt
Preparation:
Drain the chickpeas and place them in a food processor. Add the cooked beetroot, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt and a squeeze of lemon. Blend on high speed until smooth.
Form 7 patties from the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes, then turn and bake for another 20 minutes. You may want to use the grill function for the last 5 minutes.
