Ingre­di­ents for 1–2 shots:

  • 1.3 cm fresh ginger
  • 1/2 cup tight­ly packed pea shoots
  • 1/2 cup tight­ly packed alfal­fa sprouts
  • 1/4 cup fresh or tha­wed fro­zen pita­ya (red dra­gon fruit) or 1/4 cup pee­led and chop­ped grapefruit
  • 2 raw medi­um spears aspa­ra­gus (¼ cup chopped)
  • 1/2 stick of celery

(The Ame­ri­can cup mea­su­re­ment includes the amount of approx. 250 ml per cup.)

Pre­pa­ra­ti­on:

Juice all ingre­di­ents in a jui­cer in the order lis­ted. Put through a sie­ve again. 

Pour into a glass and serve! 

Tip:

Allow 15 to 30 minu­tes befo­re and after this eli­xir to eat or drink for 15 to 30 minutes.
