C‑Trails Exposure

Do you spend a lot of time out­doors? Do you spend time at the beach or sit at out­door gathe­rings and see mul­ti­ple C‑trails in the sky at once? Do you sleep with the win­dow open at night? Then use this C‑Trails Expo­sure Brain Shot.

Use this C‑Trails Contamination Brain Shot if:

  • You are an avid run­ner or wal­ker on public streets, parks or trails 
  • You spend time on the beach or sit at out­door gathe­rings and see mul­ti­ple chem trails in the sky at once
  • You are out­doors on holi­days when the wea­ther is nice (Chem Trails are inten­tio­nal­ly rein­forced on holi­days such as Eas­ter and the Fourth of July)
  • You spend time swim­ming in the oce­an, lakes, rivers or ponds
  • You sleep with the win­dow open at night 
  • You are caught in the rain or other­wi­se get a lar­ge amount of rain­wa­ter on your head or skin

Ingre­di­ents for 1–2 Brain Shots: 

  • 1 tbsp fresh or tha­wed wild blueber­ries or 1 teas­poon pure wild blueber­ry juice or 1 teas­poon pure wild blueber­ry powder
  • 1/4 cup tight­ly packed kale
  • 1/4 lemon, peeled
  • 1/2 cup tight­ly packed fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup tight­ly packed fresh chives
  • 2 raw Brussels sprouts
  • 2 raw medi­um aspa­ra­gus spears (¼ cup chopped)
  • 1/2 stick of celery

(The Ame­ri­can cup size cor­re­sponds to approx. 250 ml) 

Pre­pa­ra­ti­on:

Juice all ingre­di­ents in a jui­cer in the order lis­ted. Put through a sie­ve again. 

Pour into a glass and serve! 

Tip:

Allow 15 to 30 minu­tes befo­re and after this eli­xir to eat or drink for 15 to 30 minutes.
