Use this C‑Trails Contamination Brain Shot if:
- You are an avid runner or walker on public streets, parks or trails
- You spend time on the beach or sit at outdoor gatherings and see multiple chem trails in the sky at once
- You are outdoors on holidays when the weather is nice (Chem Trails are intentionally reinforced on holidays such as Easter and the Fourth of July)
- You spend time swimming in the ocean, lakes, rivers or ponds
- You sleep with the window open at night
- You are caught in the rain or otherwise get a large amount of rainwater on your head or skin
Ingredients for 1–2 Brain Shots:
- 1 tbsp fresh or thawed wild blueberries or 1 teaspoon pure wild blueberry juice or 1 teaspoon pure wild blueberry powder
- 1/4 cup tightly packed kale
- 1/4 lemon, peeled
- 1/2 cup tightly packed fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup tightly packed fresh chives
- 2 raw Brussels sprouts
- 2 raw medium asparagus spears (¼ cup chopped)
- 1/2 stick of celery
(The American cup size corresponds to approx. 250 ml)
Preparation:
Juice all ingredients in a juicer in the order listed. Put through a sieve again.
Pour into a glass and serve!
Tip:
Allow 15 to 30 minutes before and after this elixir to eat or drink for 15 to 30 minutes.
