Ingredients for 1–2 servings
- 4 to 5 medium potatoes, peeled and roughly diced
- 1 small cauliflower, cut into large florets
- 2 Tea spoons Garlic powder
- 2 Tea spoons Onion powder
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives, parsley or spring onions
- 1/2 tsp Paprika powder
Preparation:
Steam the potatoes and cauliflower florets in a pot over steam for about 15 to 20 minutes until both are very soft. Remove from pot and place in a large bowl or saucepan.
Now add the garlic and onion powder. Puree until smooth using a hand blender or a potato masher. Finally, sprinkle the puree with parsley, chives or spring onions and powder it with paprika powder before serving.
