This shot can be taken at any time of the day or evening. If you want to take it before a nap or before bed, you can also prepare the shot earlier in the day and store it in the fridge until you need it.
This shot is suitable if:
- You want to use your dreams as a gateway to understanding your soul and its past
- You have difficulty dreaming and want to dream
- Your dreams are disturbing, very stressful, or even frightening
- You want to decipher the meaning of your dreams and gain more insight into your dreams
- You are regularly woken up by dreams
- You are afraid of falling asleep
- You try to reach others through your dreams
- You’re trying to get into other people’s dreams
- You don’t get enough sleep – this shot can help you heal through your dreaming process even though you’re getting little sleep
Ingredients for 1–2 shots:
- 1.3 cm fresher Ginger
- ½ cup fresh or thawed frozen mango
- ½ cup fresh or thawed frozen cherries, pitted
- ½ cup chopped raw zucchini
- ¼ cup loosely packed fresh peppermint leaves (optional)
(The American cup measurement includes the amount of approx. 250 ml per cup.)
Juice all ingredients in a juicer in the order listed. Put through a sieve again.
Pour into a glass and serve!
Tip:
Allow 15 to 30 minutes before and after this elixir to eat or drink for 15 to 30 minutes.
