Try this brain shot if
- You spend a lot of time with computers and computer-controlled devices
- You live near a high-voltage area
- You spend a lot of time talking and texting on your cell phone
- You travel by plane
- You live or work near others while they are using these devices
- You spend your day in close proximity to a router
- You live near a cell tower
Ingredients for 1–2 Brain Shots:
- ¼ cup tightly packed fresh parsley
- ½ cup peeled and diced raw potatoes
- 1–2 stalks of celery
(The American cup measurement includes the amount of approx. 250 ml per cup.)
Preparation:
Juice all ingredients in a juicer in the order listed. Put through a sieve again.
Pour into a glass and serve!
Tip:
Allow 15 to 30 minutes before and after this elixir to eat or drink for 15 to 30 minutes.
