Try this brain shot:
- In the middle of a long day, when you desperately need an energy boost
- When you feel unbalanced, like you don’t have enough energy

- When you feel like you have too much energy and you’re hoping to work off an arousal high

- When you want to wind down at the end of the day to reset, rest and retire for the night
Ingredients for 1–2 Brain Shots:
- 1/4 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped raw sweet potato
- 1/2 cup red pepper
- 1/2 cup fresh or thawed frozen pineapple
(The American cup measurement includes the amount of approx. 250 ml per cup.)
Preparation:
Juice all ingredients in a juicer in the order listed. Put through a sieve again.
Pour into a glass and serve!
Tip:
Allow 15 to 30 minutes before and after this elixir to eat or drink for 15 to 30 minutes.
