Ingredients:
- 135 g gluten free oatmeal
- 80ml maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- Something cardamom (optional)
- Something Salt (optional)
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 150 °C.
Mix all the above ingredients evenly in a bowl.
Spread evenly on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 – 30 minutes.
Let cool.
Mix with raisins.
And enjoy.
To store, pour the rest into a suitable container.
