Fear of food can take many forms. For example, use this Brain Shot regularly if you live with an eating disorder. The Food Anxiety Remediation Brain Shot is also a useful tool if:
- Someone is pressuring you not to eat healthily
- You’re upset about what you’ve eaten lately
- You feel closed off about food in general and are afraid to eat because you have trouble figuring out what foods you can comfortably eat without flaring up symptoms like indigestion
- You are experiencing other symptoms or illnesses and are afraid to change your diet to heal
- Someone wants you to eat healthy, but you are afraid of fruits, herbs, leafy greens, wild foods, and vegetables

Ingredients for 1–2 Brain Shots:
- 1/2 cup tightly packed fresh dill
- 1/2 cup tightly packed spinach
- 3/4 cup fresh or thawed frozen mango
- 1/4 stick of celery
(The American cup size includes approx. 250 ml per cup)
Preparation:
Juice all ingredients in a juicer in the order listed. Put through a sieve again.
Pour into a glass and serve!
Tip:
Allow 15 to 30 minutes before and after this elixir to eat or drink for 15 to 30 minutes.
