Ingredients

  • 4 carrots, chopped or 1 sweet potato, diced
  • 2 stalks of celery, cut into pieces
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 1 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh shiitake mushrooms (or dried) (as needed)
  • 2 tomatoes, diced (as needed)
  • 1 garlic bulb (approx. 6 – 8 cloves), chopped
  • 2 centimeters fresh ginger root, chopped
  • 2 centimeters fresh turmeric root, chopped
  • Chili peppers or red pepper flakes (as needed)
  • 2 liters of water
  • (Any vegetables can be added if desired)

Preparation of the healing broth)

Put all the ingredients together in a pot and gently bring to the boil. Then reduce heat and simmer for about an hour. Strain the vegetables to make the healing broth.
You can take it several times a day to enjoy its effects.

But if you eat them together with the vegetables, then it only has the effect of a vegetable soup. If you don’t like the vegetables, you can use them later at another time.

The broth will last for 5–7 days in the refrigerator and if you wish, you can freeze some of the broth and consume it as needed.
