Ice cream smoothie

A won­derful­ly cre­a­my smoothie that scores with its healt­hy ingre­di­ents. Bana­nas are packed with vit­amins C and B6 and mine­rals like pot­as­si­um, cop­per and manganese.

Ingre­di­ents:

  • 2 fro­zen bananas
  • 1 fresh banana
  • 3 who­le pee­led oran­ges, cut into pieces
  • 250–500ml Coco­nut water
  • Pulp of 1/4 vanil­la bean or 1/2 tsp vanil­la powder

Pre­pa­ra­ti­on:

Mix the oran­ges with the coco­nut water. Now add the bana­nas and vanil­la and blend again until the smoothie is very smooth and cre­a­my. This smoothie also tas­tes deli­cious if you don’t use fro­zen bana­nas, but it won’t be quite as creamy.
