Ingredients:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 fresh banana
- 3 whole peeled oranges, cut into pieces
- 250–500ml Coconut water
- Pulp of 1/4 vanilla bean or 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
Preparation:
Mix the oranges with the coconut water. Now add the bananas and vanilla and blend again until the smoothie is very smooth and creamy. This smoothie also tastes delicious if you don’t use frozen bananas, but it won’t be quite as creamy.
