For half a liter of celery juice you need about one large stalk of celery.
This video features the slow juicer recommended by our favorite author Omega MM1500 used (Vouchers and sources for the Omega MM1500).
The following parts of the Omega juicer MM1500 are required:
- Engine block
- Juicing housing
- Outlet screw celery
- green silicone ring
- Sieve insert
- Press screw
- Locking cap
- Foam sieve
- Juice container
- Pomace container
- Cleaning brush for final cleaning of the juicer
Directions:
- Cut off the beginning and end of the perennial.
- Celery with a drop Organic dishwashing liquid Wash, rinse with clean water and dry.
- Place the juicing housing on the locking ring and close the VR with one turn.
- Insert the press screw.
- Slide the sieve insert over the press screw.
- Press the silicone ring into the outlet screw.
- Put the outlet screw together with the locking cap.
- Place the locking cap on the juicing housing and screw it tight with one turn.
- Place the foam sieve on the juice container and move it into position.
- Slide the pulp container next to the juice container.
- Have the tamper ready.
- Add celery to the feed tube.
- Press the celery down with the pusher.
- Particularly dry pomace.
- Turn the locking ring and loosen the juicing housing.
- Pour celery juice through a fine-mesh sieve.
