Instructions for the aloe vera shock application

  • Adults should drink five to ten centimeters of fresh water every two to four hours during the day while they are awake Aloe vera gel (without skin).
  • This application can be continued for one to seven days.
  • Take a break from aloe vera shock use for three or more days. You are then welcome to continue using it for one to seven days. Between rounds of aloe vera shock application, you can use half an inch of fresh aloe vera gel once a day or twice a day.
  • To prepare the aloe gel, the aloe vera leaf is carefully cut open, cutting off the green skin and the spines. The leaf is filleted like a fish. Now skim off the clear gel.
  • It is important that the skin is not used. When scooping, please do not try to scrape off the skin. For some people, the chemical compound in green skin can be irritating.
  • Also, cut an inch off the end of the aloe leaf and discard it; it is too bitter.
  • It is best to eat the gel as pure as possible for the best results. If it is difficult to eat the aloe gel, you can also mix it with water. (Although be careful not to use the green skin.)
  • This recipe assumes the quantity of a large store-bought one Aloe vera leaf which you can find in the vegetable section of some organic stores. When using a home-grown aloe vera plant, it is important that it is an edible plant.
  • It is possible to prepare all of the aloe gel for the day at once. To store your aloe gel portions for later in the day, use an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  • To store part of the leaf, you can wrap the cut end in a damp towel or plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator.
  • Aloe leaves, whose gel inside is very red and particularly watery, should be avoided at all costs. They are not fresh and are starting to rot.
  • Just like the other shock applications, it is always possible to use less than the specified amount. Take the amount of aloe gel that works best for you.
