B12 shock

A vit­amin B12 defi­ci­en­cy can hap­pen quick­ly. The­r­e­fo­re, vit­amin B12 shock use is recom­men­ded after stress, acci­dents, alco­hol con­sump­ti­on, caf­feine with­dra­wal and more.

Instructions for B12 shock use

  • Adults take 2 pipet­tes every three waking hours Vit­amin B12 (as ade­no­syl­co­ba­la­min with methyl­co­ba­la­min) direct­ly into the mouth (as desi­red with juice or water) or mixed with at least 30 ml of juice or water.
  • Con­ti­nue this appli­ca­ti­on for one to two days. If neces­sa­ry, you can con­ti­nue the appli­ca­ti­on for a third or fourth day.
  • After the one to four days, you should redu­ce the vit­amin B12 dose to the amount spe­ci­fied in your sup­ple­ment list. Wait at least a week bet­ween rounds of B12 shock application. 

Instructions for B12 shock use for children

  • Ages 1 to 2: 2 tiny drops (not pipet­tes) in juice or water every three waking hours
  • Ages 3 to 4: 3 tiny drops (not pipet­tes) in juice or water every three waking hours
  • Ages 5 to 8: 5 tiny drops (not pipet­tes) in juice or water every three waking hours
  • 9 to 12 years: 10 tiny drops (not pipet­tes) in juice or water every three waking hours
  • 13 years and older: 1 drop­per in juice or water every three waking hours
