Instructions for the thyme tea shock application
- There are 12 per 250 ml of hot water fresh thyme sprigs. (If you only have dried thyme available, use 2 tablespoons of dried herb per 250 ml of hot water). Let the tea steep for at least 15 minutes. Remove or strain the thyme sprigs, especially if dried thyme was used.
- Drink 1 cup of this strong thyme tea every three waking hours.
- This application can be carried out for three to five days, then switch to the dosage in an individual supplement list.
- You are welcome to start another round after you have had a week’s break from the thyme tea shock application.
- If you are sensitive, you can make your thyme tea with less thyme.
- You can sweeten your thyme tea as desired with the juice of half a lemon and/or 1 teaspoon of raw honey per cup of tea.
- If you want, you can also make the entire daily amount of thyme tea at once by multiplying the amount accordingly. The tea does not have to be drunk warm or hot, it can just as easily be enjoyed cool or lukewarm.
For Children The thyme tea is brewed in the same way as above and the quantities are as follows:
- Ages 1 to 2: 30 ml cold or warm (not hot) tea every three waking hours
- 3 to 4 years: 60 ml cool or warm (not hot) tea every three waking hours
- 5 to 8 years: 90 ml of cool or warm (not hot) tea every three waking hours
