Mold Exposure

This Mold Expo­sure Brain Shot is very hel­pful if you have come into cont­act with mold. Be it through living in a mol­dy home, inha­ling mold from clot­hing, or eating mol­dy food.

This Brain shot is a hel­pful sup­port for anyo­ne who has come into cont­act with any type of mold or mil­dew expo­sure, such as: E.g.:

  • Visi­ting or stay­ing in a mol­dy house or building
  • Working in a mol­dy office or other work area
  • Inha­ling mold from ano­ther person’s clothing
  • Con­sum­ing water con­ta­mi­na­ted with mold or mold spo­res or eating mol­dy food

Ingre­di­ents for 1–2 shots: 

  • 1/2 cup tight­ly packed fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup tight­ly packed fresh ore­ga­no
  • 2 sprigs fresh rose­ma­ry
  • 1.3 cm pie­ce fres­her Gin­ger
  • 2 radish
  • 1/4 bulb of fen­nel (1/2 cup chopped)

(The Ame­ri­can cup mea­su­re­ment includes the amount of approx. 250 ml per cup.)

Juice all ingre­di­ents in a jui­cer in the order lis­ted. Put through a sie­ve again. 

Pour into a glass and ser­ve! 

Tip:

Drink this shot 15 to 30 minu­tes befo­re ano­ther meal or drink.
With fresh rose­ma­ry, if the stems are woo­dy, you can only use the lea­ves. If the stems are soft, you can also juice them.
When jui­cing fen­nel for this reci­pe, you can use just the bulb its­elf or the bulb and lower to midd­le stalk (in this case, lea­ve out the leaf-like fronds).
