This Brain shot is a helpful support for anyone who has come into contact with any type of mold or mildew exposure, such as: E.g.:
- Visiting or staying in a moldy house or building
- Working in a moldy office or other work area
- Inhaling mold from another person’s clothing
- Consuming water contaminated with mold or mold spores or eating moldy food
Ingredients for 1–2 shots:
- 1/2 cup tightly packed fresh basil
- 1/2 cup tightly packed fresh oregano
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1.3 cm piece fresher Ginger
- 2 radish
- 1/4 bulb of fennel (1/2 cup chopped)
(The American cup measurement includes the amount of approx. 250 ml per cup.)
Juice all ingredients in a juicer in the order listed. Put through a sieve again.
Pour into a glass and serve!
Tip:
Drink this shot 15 to 30 minutes before another meal or drink.
With fresh rosemary, if the stems are woody, you can only use the leaves. If the stems are soft, you can also juice them.
When juicing fennel for this recipe, you can use just the bulb itself or the bulb and lower to middle stalk (in this case, leave out the leaf-like fronds).
