This mood enhancer Brain Shot is ideal for:
- Irritability, chronic frustration or moodiness
- Feelings of overwhelm and emotional exhaustion
- When someone you trust notices that you are not yourself
- If you are feeling down, depressed or depressed and need some cheering up

Ingredients for 1–2 Brain Shots:
- 1 tbsp fresh or thawed wild blueberries
- 1/4 cup tightly packed fresh basil
- 1/4 cup tightly packed fresh chives
- 1/2 cup tightly packed fresh alfalfa sprouts
- 1/2 lime, peeled
- 1 stick of celery
- 1/2 cup grapes (optional)

Preparation:
Juice all ingredients in a juicer in the order listed. Put through a sieve again.
Pour into a glass and serve!
Tip:
Allow 15 to 30 minutes before and after this elixir to eat or drink for 15 to 30 minutes.
