This mood enhancer Brain Shot is ideal for:

  • When someone you trust noti­ces that you are not yourself 
  • If you are fee­ling down, depres­sed or depres­sed and need some chee­ring up 
  • If you find it dif­fi­cult to stay emo­tio­nal­ly balan­ced, feel inse­cu­re, are easi­ly trig­ge­red, or are con­stant­ly pacing

Ingre­di­ents for 1–2 Brain Shots: 

  • 1 tbsp fresh or tha­wed wild blueber­ries
  • 1/4 cup tight­ly packed fresh basil 
  • 1/4 cup tight­ly packed fresh chives
  • 1/2 cup tight­ly packed fresh alfal­fa sprouts 
  • 1/2 lime, peeled 
  • 1 stick of celery 
  • 1/2 cup gra­pes (optio­nal)

(The Ame­ri­can cup size includes approx. 250 ml per cup) 

Pre­pa­ra­ti­on:

Juice all ingre­di­ents in a jui­cer in the order lis­ted. Put through a sie­ve again. 

Pour into a glass and serve! 

Tip:

Allow 15 to 30 minu­tes befo­re and after this eli­xir to eat or drink for 15 to 30 minutes.
