- 2 tbsp Tahini
- 70g Sunflower seeds
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 125ml water
- 1 teaspoon Mustard powder
- 3/4 tbsp Onion powder
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Kala Namak, (black salt, more if a stronger egg flavor is desired)
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
Preparation:
Process all ingredients in a blender into a homogeneous mass. Complete!
