This Pathogens Exposure Brain Shot can be useful if:
- You feel like you have been around people who may be contagious due to COVID, flu, or mononucleosis
- You are worried that you have shared bodily fluids with another person, e.g. B. through shared glasses, bottles, food, utensils or plates
- You are concerned that you have shared bodily fluids in public restrooms or during sexual activity
- You think you may have come into contact with food-borne pathogens and you’re worried you might get food poisoning

Ingredients for 1–2 Brain Shots:
- 6 branches fresh thyme
- 2 branches fresh rosemary
- 1 small clove of garlic (optional)
- 2 raw, medium sized Asparagus spears (1/4 cup chopped)
- 2 raw Brussels sprouts
- 1 to 2 sticks celery
Preparation:
Juice all ingredients in a juicer in the order listed. Put through a sieve again.
Pour into a glass and serve!
Tip:
Allow 15 to 30 minutes before and after this elixir to eat or drink for 15 to 30 minutes.
