peanut butter
Ingredients:
- 250 g peanuts (raw for a milder taste or roasted for a more intense aroma)
- Optional: some maple syrup or Honey for sweetening
- Optional: a pinch sea-salt
- Optional: some Cinnamon for a spicy finish
Preparation:
- Place the peanuts in a blender and puree on medium speed until a creamy consistency is achieved.
- Add maple syrup, honey, salt or cinnamon as desired and mix well.
- For a crunchy version: roughly chop some raw or roasted peanuts and stir into the finished puree.
- Pour the finished peanut butter into a clean glass jar and store in the refrigerator. It will keep for up to 3 weeks.
