Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g small potatoes
- 1 teaspoon sea-salt
- 8 radishes, sliced very thinly
- 140g green peas
- 10 g dill, finely chopped
Dressing:
- 1/4 cup Tahini (sesame butter)
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/4 cup Lemonsjuice
- 2 tbsp dill
- 2 tbsp chives
- pepper
Preparation:
Steam the potatoes in a pot with a steamer insert for about 30 minutes until soft and then let them cool.
Cut the cooled potatoes once. If large potatoes are used, then cut into cubes. Mix in a bowl with the radish slices, peas, dill and salt.
To make the dressing, stir the tahini, lemon juice and water in a small bowl until smooth and creamy. Then add the dill, chives and pepper and mix well again. Tastes fresh and also very good the next day.
