Ingredients for 2 glasses Pumpkin spice latte:
- 60 ml pumpkin puree (made from steamed pumpkin, e.g. Hokkaido or butternut)
- 500 ml gluten-free oats, unsweetened almond– or light coconut milk
- 60ml maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
Preparation:
Place pumpkin puree, milk, maple syrup and pumpkin pie spice in a blender. Mix until a homogeneous liquid forms.
Pour the mixture into a small saucepan and place over medium-high heat.
