Pumpkin spice latte

An incre­di­bly tasty drink that does­n’t requi­re any milk or cof­fee. Pump­kin and map­le syrup are the star here. Abso­lu­te recom­men­da­ti­on for anyo­ne loo­king for a warm­ing and very com­fort­ing drink.

Ingre­di­ents for 2 glas­ses Pump­kin spi­ce lat­te:

  • 60 ml pump­kin puree (made from stea­m­ed pump­kin, e.g. Hok­kai­do or butternut)
  • 500 ml glu­ten-free oats, uns­weeten­ed almond– or light coco­nut milk
  • 60ml map­le syrup
  • 1 teas­poon Pump­kin pie spice

Pre­pa­ra­ti­on:

Place pump­kin puree, milk, map­le syrup and pump­kin pie spi­ce in a blen­der. Mix until a homo­ge­neous liquid forms. 

Pour the mix­tu­re into a small sau­ce­pan and place over medi­um-high heat.
