One way to use this brain shot is to get into a res­t­ing posi­ti­on and clo­se your eyes. Even if you don’t fall asleep while you’­re res­t­ing, the shot will take effect. 

Ingre­di­ents for 1–2 Brain Shots:

  • 3/4 cup fresh or tha­wed fro­zen mango 
  • 1/8 cup tight­ly packed fresh dill 
  • 1/4 cup chop­ped cucumber 
  • 1/2 cup coar­se­ly chop­ped let­tuce (pre­fer­a­b­ly let­tuce), packed tightly 
  • 1/2 tsp pure map­le syrup (optio­nal)

(The Ame­ri­can cup mea­su­re­ment includes the amount of approx. 250 ml per cup.)

Run each ingre­di­ent through a jui­cer in the order lis­ted. Stir in the map­le syrup (if using). Pour into a glass and serve.

Tip:

Allow 15 to 30 minu­tes befo­re and after this eli­xir to eat or drink for 15 to 30 minutes.
