Take this sleep and recovery stabilizer Brain Shot:
- Before a nap
- If you want to recharge quickly
- If you feel like your battery is constantly running low
- If you wake up easily during a night’s rest
- If you don’t feel refreshed when you wake up (you can drink the shot either when you wake up or before you go to sleep).
- If you have achieved an enormous achievement and want to regain your strength
One way to use this brain shot is to get into a resting position and close your eyes. Even if you don’t fall asleep while you’re resting, the shot will take effect.
Ingredients for 1–2 Brain Shots:
- 3/4 cup fresh or thawed frozen mango
- 1/8 cup tightly packed fresh dill
- 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped lettuce (preferably lettuce), packed tightly
- 1/2 tsp pure maple syrup (optional)
(The American cup measurement includes the amount of approx. 250 ml per cup.)
Run each ingredient through a juicer in the order listed. Stir in the maple syrup (if using). Pour into a glass and serve.
Tip:
Allow 15 to 30 minutes before and after this elixir to eat or drink for 15 to 30 minutes.
