Spinach soup

This raw, fat-free yet rich soup is an inte­gral part of the 3:6:9 liver cle­an­se. It is a tre­at for the liver and is quick to prepare.

Ingre­di­ents:

  • 220g toma­toes
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 200 g young spinach
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • some basil

Pre­pa­ra­ti­on:

Wash and cut the toma­toes and do the same with the cele­ry stalk. Squeeze the oran­ge and put it in a blender.

Peel the gar­lic clove and add it to the oran­ge juice. Now add the toma­to pie­ces and the cele­ry slices.

The washed spin­ach can be used in a good way High per­for­mance blen­der be added imme­dia­te­ly. If the mixer has less power, it is bet­ter to first mix the other ingre­di­ents wit­hout spin­ach to a cre­a­my con­sis­ten­cy. Then the spin­ach is added.
