Ingredients:
- 300g sweet potatoes
- 250g apples
- 1 lemon (rind and juice)
- 75g gluten free oat flour
- 75g coconut flour
- 2 tbsp potato flour
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 50g maple syrup
- 75g dried apricots
- 75g Dates
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top and bottom heat.
Grate the sweet potato and apples, grate the lemon peel and squeeze out the juice, and chop the apricots and dates.
Put all the ingredients together in a bowl and gently knead into a dough.
Spread on a tray (it is relatively thin) and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
