Thyroid smoothie

This smoothie is used to revi­ta­li­ze and cle­an­se the thy­ro­id. The thy­ro­id smoothie is an important part of Plan C of the 90-day thy­ro­id treatment.

The thy­ro­id smoothie offers a lot of varie­ty, as it con­sists of three basic ingre­di­ents and a lar­ge sel­ec­tion of other heal­ing foods. 

It depends on which of the lis­ted addi­ti­ves you use to what ext­ent the valuable pro­per­ties of this smoothie vary. All of the foods men­tio­ned are valuable. 

Ingre­di­ents for 1 serving: 

Base:

  • 320 g diced man­go (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 bana­na
  • 250 ml water

Recom­men­ded addi­tio­nal addi­ti­ves:

  • 100g spin­ach
  • 25 g rocket
  • 1 teas­poon Brown algae powder
  • 1–2 cm gin­ger (pee­led)
  • Juice from one orange
  • 125 ml aloe vera gel
  • 20 g cori­an­der herb
  • 60g raspber­ries

Pre­pa­ra­ti­on:

The basic ingre­di­ents for the thy­ro­id smoothie are man­go, bana­na and a glass of water. 

If desi­red, all other ingre­di­ents can be added indi­vi­du­al­ly, in any com­bi­na­ti­on or all tog­e­ther. (For making aloe gel, see this artic­le the neces­sa­ry infor­ma­ti­on.) Put the sel­ec­ted ingre­di­ents in a blen­der and mix ever­y­thing tog­e­ther until smooth, crea­ting a smooth smoothie.
