  • If you have recent­ly dri­ven in a car that has air fres­he­ners instal­led and/or had fami­ly mem­bers satu­ra­ted with per­fu­me, colo­gne, deter­gent, and other che­mi­cal­ly toxic fra­gran­ces in the car with you

Ingre­di­ents for 1–2 Brain Shots: 

  • 1 radish
  • 1 cup tight­ly packed green salad, such as lettuce
  • 1 cup tight­ly packed fresh cilantro 
  • 1/2 apple

(The Ame­ri­can cup size includes approx. 250 ml per cup) 

Pre­pa­ra­ti­on:

Juice all ingre­di­ents in a jui­cer in the order lis­ted. Put through a sie­ve again. 

Pour into a glass and serve! 

Tip:

Allow 15 to 30 minu­tes befo­re and after this eli­xir to eat or drink for 15 to 30 minutes.
