Ingredients for 1–2 drinks:
- 180ml water
- 125 ml unsweetened almond milk, light coconut milk or unsweetened oat milk
- 60g thawed frozen or fresh wild blueberries or 60 ml wild blueberry juice
- 1–2 tbsp raw honey
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon (optional)
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom (at will)
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
If necessary, pour the liquid through a sieve if the blueberry seeds bother you. Heat on low until the drink is warm.
Divide between two cups and serve.
If you want, you can heat some plant milk as an additional step and beat it until frothy with a milk frother. Pour onto the wild blueberry latte and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
