Ingredients for 1–2 servings:
- 2 bananas
- 125g frozen wild blueberries
- 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder, cinnamon or ground cardamom
Preparation:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and puree until it has an even, smooth consistency. Pour the mixture into small jars and put them in the fridge for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
